Raw Culture Return & Refund Policy

At Raw Culture, every product is batch-verified and sourced from licensed distributors. If you're not happy, here's how returns work.

30-day window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the item is in its original, sealed, resaleable condition.

Fragrance & hygiene

For safety and hygiene, opened or tampered fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived defective. If a seal is broken or the bottle shows signs of use, we cannot accept the return.

You can return

  • Unopened, sealed products in original packaging
  • Items that arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item shipped to you

You cannot return

  • Opened or used fragrance (except defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Defective or incorrect orders

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a return label at no cost and issue a full refund including any shipping charges you paid.

Authenticity

Every item we sell is batch-verified before shipping. If an independent inspection proves a product is not authentic, we will refund you in full, including return shipping.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@raw-culture.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and (where applicable) a return label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, with the original seal intact.
  4. Ship within 30 days of delivery using the provided label or your own tracked method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email when it's done. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.
