Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes at checkout. Payment must be received before an order is processed. We accept all major payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Product information

We describe fragrance notes, ingredients, and wear-time to the best of our knowledge. Since fragrance interacts with body chemistry, actual scent and longevity vary by person. We are a licensed distributor; all brands and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We do not claim to be affiliated with any brand unless stated.

6. Authenticity guarantee

All products are sourced from licensed distributors and batch-verified before shipping. If a product is proven inauthentic, you are entitled to a full refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Shipping, returns & risk of loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Return & Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when a carrier takes possession of your order.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Raw Culture or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Prohibited use

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If a dispute arises, you and Raw Culture will first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting contact@raw-culture.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
