Refund & Return Policy

All products at Raw Culture are made to order—printed, assembled, and shipped only after you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer's remorse (change of mind).
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, we will make it right. You are eligible for a free reprint or a full refund, including shipping costs, if you report the issue within 30 days of delivery. Photographic proof may be required to process your claim.
To submit a claim, contact us at contact@raw-culture.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived and the tracking shows it is lost, you must submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, once confirmed, offer a reprint or refund.
If carrier tracking confirms delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. In such cases, please contact the carrier directly for resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, we can reship the order to a corrected address. Reshipping costs will apply.
Carrier Errors
If a package is returned due to a carrier error (e.g., failed delivery attempt), we will reship the order at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet entered the fulfillment stage. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately.
European Union & UK Customers
If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, except for products that are:
- Made to your specification and clearly personalized (all Raw Culture products are printed on demand with your selected design).
- Sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Because all products are made to order with your chosen design, they fall under the personalization exception. However, if there is a quality issue, the standard 30-day defect policy applies.
Brazil Customers
If your order is shipped to Brazil, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason. Contact us at contact@raw-culture.com to initiate the process.
How to Submit a Claim
Email us at contact@raw-culture.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Returns Address
Returned items are sent to our fulfillment facilities. Do not send returns without first contacting us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once a return is received at our facility, we will notify you via email with next steps.
