Shipping Policy

All Raw Culture products are made to order and shipped from our fulfillment partners worldwide. This means each item is printed, assembled, and packed specifically for you. As a result, shipping times consist of two parts: fulfillment time (production) + transit time (delivery).

Fulfillment Time

The average fulfillment time for all products is 2–5 business days. This may vary slightly depending on order volume and product complexity.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Times

United States & Canada (Domestic)

• Standard: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
• Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment

International (Europe, UK, Australia, and Rest of World)

• Standard: 5–20 business days after fulfillment
• Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment (where available)

Express shipping requires a phone number for the recipient. Please ensure this is provided at checkout to avoid delays.

Split Shipments

If your order contains products fulfilled from different locations (e.g., a t-shirt from the US and a mug from Europe), your order may be split into multiple shipments. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Shipping costs are calculated per shipment.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. Customs policies vary by country—please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to legal restrictions and carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to the following destinations:

• Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions (Ukraine)
• Russia
• Belarus
• Ecuador
• Cuba
• Iran
• Syria
• North Korea
• Venezuela
• The Gaza Strip region (Palestine)

Shipping restrictions may change based on world events. We reserve the right to update this list at any time.

Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please follow these guidelines:

• All addresses must be in Latin characters only
• Address Line 1: maximum 35 characters
• Address Line 2: maximum 30 characters
• It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address

Deliveries to PO boxes may encounter delays. We recommend door delivery for the most reliable service.

Specific Country Requirements

Brazil: Recipient's CPF (tax ID) number is required on the shipping label.

Mexico: Recipient's full name, RFC/CURP tax ID, email, and phone number are required.

Chile: Recipient's RUN/RUT tax number is required on the shipping label.

South Korea: Recipient's Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are just estimates—not guarantees. Delays can occur due to:

• High order volumes during peak seasons
• Shipping carrier disruptions or weather events
• Design file issues that require resolution
• Products being out of stock

If your order has not arrived past the estimated delivery date, please allow a few additional days. If it still has not arrived, contact us at contact@raw-culture.com and we will investigate.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates the package was lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, once confirmed, offer a reprint or refund at no additional cost.
